AAVV CORP respects your privacy. AAVV CHAT is designed to operate as a local-network messaging application and does not require users to create an AAVV CORP cloud account in order to communicate with other users on the same LAN.
1. Information We Collect
AAVV CORP does not collect, sell, rent, or store personal information from AAVV CHAT users through the application.
AAVV CHAT does not require registration with AAVV CORP and does not require a cloud-based messaging account.
2. Local Profile Information
AAVV CHAT allows users to choose a display name and an avatar. This information is used by the application so other users on the same local network can identify the user inside AAVV CHAT.
This profile information is intended for local application use and is not submitted to AAVV CORP as part of an online user account.
3. Messages and Local Network Communication
AAVV CHAT is designed to exchange messages between computers connected to the same local area network (LAN).
AAVV CORP does not operate a cloud messaging service for AAVV CHAT and does not receive or store the contents of local AAVV CHAT conversations on AAVV CORP servers.
4. File Sharing
AAVV CHAT includes local file-sharing functionality. When users choose to send files through the application, those files are exchanged between participating computers on the local network.
AAVV CORP does not upload, receive, or store those shared files on AAVV CORP servers as part of the application's normal local file-sharing operation.
Users are responsible for the files they choose to send, receive, open, or store.
5. Internet Access
AAVV CHAT's local messaging functionality is designed to work between computers on the same local network and does not require an Internet connection for local chat communication.
Internet access may still be used by Windows, Microsoft Store, operating-system services, updates, or external links outside AAVV CHAT's local messaging functionality.
6. Third-Party Services
AAVV CHAT may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Microsoft Store. Those platforms may process information according to their own privacy policies, account settings, and service terms.
This AAVV CHAT Privacy Policy applies to the application itself and does not replace the privacy policies of Microsoft, Windows, your network provider, or other third-party services.
7. Data Security
AAVV CHAT is intended for use on private local networks. Users and organizations are responsible for maintaining the security of their computers, Windows accounts, firewalls, shared folders, and local network.
